1. To approve the Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on the 14th May 2019.
2. To receive a report from the Parish Council.
3. To receive a report from the Neighbourhood Planning Group.
4. To invite the public to address the meeting.
The Annual Parish Meeting is an opportunity for residents of Scopwick and Kirkby Green to raise any matters relating to the local community. It would be helpful to have written notice of any matters to be raised but it is not essential. Following the meeting comments may be submitted by contacting the Parish Clerk.
