Notice is hereby given that the Annual Parish Meeting will be held at Scopwick Village Hall on TUESDAY 14th MAY 2019 at 7pm. Doors will be open from 6.30pm for refreshments.

AGENDA

1.   To approve the Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on the 15th May 2018.

2.   To receive a report from the Parish Council.

3.   To receive a report from the Neighbourhood Planning Group.

4.   To invite the public to address the meeting.

The Annual Parish Meeting is an opportunity for residents of Scopwick and Kirkby Green to raise any matters relating to the local community. It would be         helpful to have written notice of any matters to be raised but it is not essential. Following the meeting comments may be left via the form provided at the meeting or by contacting the Parish Clerk.
