1. To approve the Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on the 4th May 2021.
2. To receive a report from the Parish Council.
3. To invite the public to provide comment on the new proposed development of 5 dwellings on the site of The Limes Care Home.
4. To invite the public to address the meeting on any other matters.
The Annual Parish Meeting is an opportunity for residents of Scopwick and Kirkby Green to raise any matters relating to the local community. It would be helpful to have written notice of any matters to be raised but it is not essential. Following the meeting comments may be submitted by contacting the Chairman.
