2. To resolve to accept apologies for absence and reasons given in accordance with Local Government Act 1972 s85 (1)
3. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations
4. Matters for Resolution:
(a) Audit of Account 2021/22
(i) Annual Internal Audit Report 2021/22
For signing by Cllr Davies (as Responsible Finance Officer) and noting by members
(ii) Annual Governance Statement 2021/22
To be approved and signed by Chairman
(iii) Accounting Statement 2021/22
To be considered, approved and signed by Chairman
5. The next Parish Council meeting will be on Tuesday 29th July 2022. The meeting will be held in the Village Hall.
