1. Minutes of previous meeting were approved.
2. The Draft Questionnaire Submission to the Parish Council.
The NP Working Group reviewed the draft Survey Monkey questionnaire with the
suggested amendments from the Parish Council meeting held on Monday 4th
February 2019, and with other submission that had been received. All of the
suggestions were considered, and the draft questionnaire was to be suitably
amended by CK.
The amended questionnaire was to be submitted by CK to the Parish Clerk for
circulation to the Parish Councillors.
Action points - CK was to amend the draft questionnaire, and submit it to the Clerk
for circulation.
3. Date of Next Meeting – it was agreed that the NP Working Group would meet again
as required, but it was thought this would be to proof read the questionnaire prior to
the document being printed. The meeting closed at 1100am.
