Neighbourhood Planning Group
The first meeting of the Neighbourhood Planning Group will be held on Tuesday 17th April 2018 at 7.00pm in Scopwick Village Hall.
Agenda
1. Welcome by Chairman of the Parish Council.
2. Introduction of those present.
3. Steering Group Structure:
• To identify what roles will exist within the group and appoint to these positions;
• To raise awareness of a terms of reference for the group to operate under and seek comments for amendments (to be signed up to at next meeting);
• To discuss the branding of the group.
5. First Steps.
6. Frequency, date and location of future meetings.
