Scopwick and Kirkby Green Neighbourhood Planning Group
Minutes of the Meeting held on 24th June 2021 on-line via Skype
Attendees;
Peter Reeds (PR), David Nelson (DN), Owen Davies (OD and Charles Kerrigan (CK).
1. The meeting was opened with the Chairman and members attending via Skype from home addresses. PR welcomed all to the meeting.
2. Apologies for absence – None.
3. Declarations of Interest – None were received.
4. Minutes of the last meeting – Minutes of the meeting held on 10th June 2021were agreed.
5. Action Items from the meeting held on 10th June 2021 were as follows:
- PR had instructed HM to commission one of her contacts to produce maps for the draft NP.
- PR had contacted the Limes owner/agent for a copy of the development pro-posals for the site to be included with in the NP and was waiting for a reply.
- CK had contacted the Clerk to request that all the NP information be visible in one place by having an NP tab on the PC home page. This had been complet-ed.
6. NP Draft Update The Group had received a request from HM for access codes and login details to enable the maps to be produced. OD confirmed that he had sent HM the details and would continue to liaise with HM as required. The cost of producing the maps for the Plan would be £500 plus VAT. It was hoped that the short fall within the NP budget would be offset. It was agreed that there was little at this time required from the Group to aid with the final draft NP.
7. Funding and Finance 2021/22 – PR informed the Group that the funding of £7,419 was now available.
8. Date of next meeting - The next NPG working meeting was to be held when a final draft NP was available from HM.
