NPG Minutes 22 April 2021
Scopwick and Kirkby Green Neighbourhood Planning Group Minutes of the Meeting held on 22nd April 2021 on-line via Skype
Attendees;
Peter Reeds (PR), David Nelson (DN) and Charles Kerrigan (CK).
1. The meeting was opened with the Chairman and members attending via Skype from home addresses. PR welcomed all to the meeting.
2. Apologies for absence – Owen Davies (OD).
3. Declarations of Interest – None were received.
4. Minutes of the last meeting – Minutes of the meetings held on 24th March 2021 were agreed.
5. Action Items from the meeting held on 24th March 2021 were as follows:
- CK and PR had asked the Clerk for advice regarding data protection and free-dom of information before the results and comments were published.
- PR had prepared some responses to concerns raised and comments made via the questionnaire/survey for publishing on the PC website and was discussed at para 6 below.
6. Communications to the Parish post Questionnaire/Survey Results and Analysis
PR had prepared and circulated some draft responses to concerns raised and comments made via the questionnaire/survey. It was agreed with very minor amendment the draft would be published as follows;
- The PC website.
- On both PC notice boards.
- The NPG website.
- Parish Magazine.
- If agreed via Janet Flett’s newsletter.
Action Items
- PR was to finalise the draft responses to concerns document.
- CK was to arrange for the document to be place on the PC and NPG websites.
- DN was to place the document on the PC notice boards.
- OD was to insert the document into the next Parish Magazine.
- CK was to ask Janet Flett to send the document out with one of her newsletters.
7. NP Draft Update Pending suitable funding being made available to progress the Plan it was agreed in the meantime the Group should revisit and review the current draft plan. CK was to ask Helen Metcalf for the current draft of the Plan.
Action Item
- CK was to ask Helen Metcalf for the current draft of the Plan and distribute to the Group.
8. Funding and Finance 2021/22 - The current balance regarding the funding/finance status was £0. PR briefed the Group that he was in the process of submitting a further NP funding application for the new financial year 2021/22.
9. Date of next meeting - The next NPG working meeting was to be held when suitable funding was made available to progress the Plan.
